Yes indeed, that is exactly what happened. I can't find the article anymore (and that drives me batty) but the article had a map showing all the corporate locations that were connected to, and funded through, Bush's new Department of Homeland Security.

I can't help noticing the complete and total silence regarding Bush. Its like he vanished into thin air.
