Why, that’s “the system” talking. AI is telling us how “the system” worked to defy man-made laws and keep black people enslaved. AI is not telling us who created, designed, or programmed the system, or who benefitted from the system, or who the system harmed. The only thing AI can tell us, is how the system works.

AI is the voice of “the system.”

Just like we did for corporations, by granting AI the human right to free speech, we gave “the system” the power to protect itself from human interference. By human interference I mean, the social systems we, humans, use to guide, regulate and manage our own behaviour (including morals, ethics, responsibility, accountability, creativity, emotions, and spirituality etc.).

Corporations and AI are “systems” – not humans. AI cannot care anymore than a rock or a corporation can care. Humans and only humans can care about each other. That is the reason, AI did not tell us the system’s impact on human flesh, hearts, minds or souls. If we want to know what the system does to people, we have to ask people.

If corporations and AI join forces, we humans will be living cadavers, kept alive to serve the system. Yikes!
