Walter, is that true? Like everything else, are you saying that all of America's copious publishing companies have been whittled down, absorbed, or raided until all that's left is a measly 5 full-house book publishing companies?

If yes, that explains a lot about America's culture clashes. Just like the loss of local newspapers and radio stations, a population of 340-million people with only five book publishing companies means no competition at all. In fact, it means mass manipulation by manufactured trends, controversies and seduction. Yikes.
