True stuff. I worked in a grocery story all the way through high school and college. It was the best education ever. I learned more from my customers than all my teachers and professors.

By the time I left the grocery store, I was cured - cured of the notion that anyone, but me, could judge me. My customers inspired in me, a genuine passion and sincere desire to know and understand them and in the doing I unwittingly came to know myself.
