The kind of men you are talking about, are seeking the attention and approval of men – not women. They “perform” for male approval, dress for male approval and engage in sexual intercourse for the approval of other men. A woman is preferred, however, in circumstances where women are not available, sexual intercourse with another man will suffice.
For example, in prisons, where some of the roughest, toughest men live, it is very common for heterosexual men to engage in sexual intercourse with men, rape other men, or submit to a dominant man. Obviously, a woman’s choice of clothing has no bearing on these men’s idea of masculinity.
The patriarchal culture of churches also perverts male behaviour. Pedophilia is rampant among the clergy, and Christian organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Christian schools for Native American children, orphanages and foster care homes. 87% of the perpetrators are white men and 80% of their victims are boys (not girls).

In 2019, the Pope admitted that priests and bishops had also sexually abused nuns. The abuse included rape, sexual slavery, and abortions. Clearly procreation and the way nuns dress had no bearing on these men’s behaviour. Just like the “manosphere,” these men were acculturated by a patriarchal cultures that foster sexual deviancy, violence, and perversion.
