Of all the things consumer power could help rectify, cable television is the most powerful. Imagine a national consumer strike on cable TV? Just a relatively small percentage of consumers could put cable news out of business.

I've never had cable television in my home. Whenever I'm in a hotel or someplace else with cable, I'm shocked by the sh-t cable news puts out. I've noticed traditional media companies, moving onto streaming providers, like Netflix and Hulu, so now is the time to strike.

Alas, its just a fantasy, but its a good one.
