No one takes their children to a job interview. If Barrett had introduced her children and then they left, I would have understood. If they were all adults, I would have understood.

But keeping her little children lined up behind her throughout her job interview struck me as raw manipulation. Instead of protecting her children, Barrett used her children to protect herself.

Barrett was weaponizing motherhood. Daring anyone to speak to her too harshly or question her views too closely in front of her children.

I was incensed when Barrett gave her children's CVs. By telling the whole world about her 16 year old daughter's problems as a toddler, Barrett was bragging about herself.

Barrett's children have been raised by their Great-Aunt - not their parents. The Great-Aunt has been doing this full time job for 17 years. But Barrett didn't have the decency to introduce the woman who is raising her children and that pissed me off.
