Mr. Sabo, while I applaud compromise, I will never compromise on the principles established in the very first sentence of our Constitution. And I quote:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

The very first sentence established the full, complete and entire purpose of government and every word, every amendment and every legal decision that followed must be judged and measured against that list:

1. establish Justice

2. insure domestic Tranquility

3. provide for the common defence

4. promote the general Welfare, and

5. secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity

Can anyone else see the single most glaring, blatant failure of our government right now?

What is the one thing on that list that has not been mentioned, even once, by anyone in government during your lifetime?

What is the one thing on that list that you have never discussed with anyone – ever?

What is the one thing on that list that you have never defined for yourself, hold no beliefs, no ideas, and no thoughts on what it means, or how it might feel or look? I’ll wait…

Right!

We are a divided people, because our government FAILED to “insure domestic Tranquility.”

If our government had “insured domestic Tranquility”, thousands of innocent babies, children, young adults, old people and adults would still be alive today. The evidence that proves our government’s failure includes constant mass-murders, January 6th, 2020, way too many abortions, and a people on the verge of civil war.

Abortion is the symptom of a nation where domestic Tranquility does NOT exist, because our government FAILED to establish Justice, provide for the common defence and promote the general Welfare. Making abortion illegal will mark the day our government gave up and refused to even try to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

Domestic Tranquility is the very essence of my faith and the Constitutionally sanctioned purpose of our government, and I will never compromise it. I believe in peace on earth, and I will continue to work for it, fight for it, organize for it, talk about it, and promote it in my country until my dying day.
