Mr. Klein! I don't care where you practice real estate, it is a tiny part of this country. Th real estate industry is dominated by laws without teeth. Laws without enforcement tools are advisory - NOT enforceable. That you are a law abiding real estate agent, does not mean all real estate agents in this country are following the law. To think otherwise is naïve at best.

Property, districts, neighborhoods do not remain poor or prosper; the people who live in them do. When an area gentrifies the people inside those areas are forced to leave by seemingly benign tactics, like increased property taxes, amenity fees, etc.
