Mr. Gaertner, Argumentative Penguin pointed out a new writer on Medium and I can't wait for you to read his work (I know, I know, I'm assuming on you bad me).

But Jontywilliams is also searching for a third way. In his piece titled Choosing Between Civilizations, he writes, "I am also a member of the civilisation that subjugates the peasants of the earth. It seems I am a member of two civilisations."

So far, he's only published three articles on Medium, but his perspective flowed through me as though it were my own, and all I'd lacked was the correct combination of words to express it. :)
