Looks like that’s the plan. Joe Biden is going after the Supreme Court. Yesterday, Democrats held a press conference in front of the Supreme Court.

The Judiciary Act will expand the Supreme Court by four justices (for a total of 13) and that gives Democrats a great big, huge reason to get out the vote for Harris – AND – deliver both the House and Senate to Democrats as well.

Biden is really upping the stakes.
