I would like to hear your thoughts on the ideas I highlighted. I am particularly interested in the peasant life.

PS I disagree with the idea that rural people get a larger return on their tax dollars than urban people. The problem are suburbs, that are so heavily subsidized, they are draining the taxes out of both, urban and rural areas of the country. If suburbanites had to fund their own needs, they would be living in abject poverty. The exurbs are an even bigger drain on American taxpayers.
