I have just one tidbit to contribute. As a reader, navigating Medium was like trying to swim from New York to Europe. I was lost, drifting, and gasping for air.

I finally figured out a way to navigate better. When I really liked an author, or the commenters they attracted, I pushed the email button. Now that my email was doing half the sorting, I had more time to read and follow writer’s adventures into research land.

If a writer falls into a formula, I turn off the email notice and poof, they are gone from my private feed bin.

Clearly, my learning curve is steep and long. :)
