Great timing. I had an order for fondant graduation hats to do this morning and listened to Menakem's pocast (thanks for the link). I stopped it several times so that I could absorb something that hit home especially hard. I rewound it twice. Overall, the podcast gave terms like "PTSD", "gaslighting" and "trauma" such clear meaning, I think we're gonna need some new terms - real soon.
