By winter's end, I can't wait for my first tuna sandwich of the year. Celery is a must, but also finely chopped red onion, and pickle relish (dill or sweet, depending on my mood), fresh baked seeded bread, and a pile of fresh red or green leaf lettuce - with lays potato chips on the side and a big glass ice water. Later in the summer, I'll pile on some fresh herbs from my garden.

For some reason, I cannot eat tuna in fall or winter.
